  3. Great post, lots of help to me. Thanks.

    I found out that you can create a hidden sort field like so:

    0 (some sort value) AS [MySort!100!Sort!hide]

    ORDER BY [MySort!100!Sort!hide]

    It saves the trouble of inlining the query.
